The Boiler House is our new but already much loved cottage in Wickham Market in Suffolk. We are now ready to let it out for long weekends, midweek or week long stays. We are not putting it out to public hire via sites like airbnb, instead we are only letting it to people we already know and trust and because of this we are offering it at a discounted rate.

The Boiler House has two double bedrooms, one with a superking bed which can be split into two single beds and one with a kingsize bed. There is a lovely comfortable lounge with 2 sofas and a lovely brick fireplace with working log burner. The dining room has a large table to seat 4 and also has a brick fireplace and decorative logburner ( not in use ) 
There is a fully fitted kitchen with range oven, slimline dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom is upstairs and has a roll top bath and a separate shower.

Outside there is a courtyard garden with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or alfresco dining.
